Fees and Payment

 - Fees for our services are outlined in individual client agreements.

 - Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated.

 - Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the client agreement.

Liability

- We strive to provide accurate and timely services; however, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

- Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30 days’ notice in writing.

- Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Intellectual Property

- All content, tools, and resources provided by us are the intellectual property of Green Hazel Bookkeepin unless otherwise stated.

- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our explicit consent.

Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Houston, Texas.

- Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of USA.

Amendments

- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

- Clients are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure compliance.
